Guide every change.
Neighbours notice problems and suggest ideas. You decide which projects to approve.
A community simulation, open to everyone
What happens when a world has ideas of its own? Generate a community, build alongside its residents, and explore three possible futures.
Free to play. Open source. Yours to experiment with.

A small world with real tradeoffs
These scenes began with the same homes, people and weather. After one simulated month, different freedoms leave different marks. Switch between futures to find out who benefits and what it costs.

Neighbours notice problems and suggest ideas. You decide which projects to approve.

Give neighbours a small project budget. The co-op can improve services while you shape the homes.

Delegate more freedom. Watch residents add rooms and improve their surroundings, then inspect the tradeoffs.
A loop for curious minds
No perfect score to chase. Notice a problem, make a change, and discover the next question.
Find a seed you like. Snap on a room, move a home, or improve a shared service.
Advance a week. Read neighbours’ proposals and watch their permitted projects take shape.
Look beyond averages. Find out who is cold, who can pay their bills, and where services struggle.
Keep your inputs and assumptions together. Send a complete experiment to a friend to remix.
The best idea might be yours
Remix construction costs, resident priorities and project budgets in the living-world workshop. Import new wall materials, share your seed and decisions, or draft a kit with your favourite AI assistant.
The same model runs every supported assembly. AI can help draft a pack; you decide which assumptions to test.
A foundation we can build on
This is an early, bounded simulation. Today: generated communities, resident construction, heat, utilities, costs and one year of fixed households. The inputs are illustrative. More construction methods, richer community life and longer horizons are questions for the road ahead.
