La Balma

Three years after La Borda, the same tenure landed on a different lot: twenty homes in cession of use on public land in Poblenou, designed by Lacol with LaBoqueria, with the familiar grammar — access galleries, shared rooms, a communal terrace, modest private units backed by generous common ones.
